Flat station for direct heating and a pressure and temperature controlled instantaneous domestic hot water heater for use in one-family, semi-detached and terraced houses as well as flats. The substation is especially suitable for two-pipe systems in residential buildings, which are supplied from a secondary connected district heating system, a block heating system or a centrally located boiler system in a dwelling house. The substation offers variable connection possibilities, as connection of pipes can be established both in the top or in the bottom of the substation.
